To help keep workers safe, MSA Safety Inc. is now offering a first-of-its-kind temporary horizontal lifeline that can help save time on the jobsite through its intuitive and tool-less installation features. MSA’s new Temporary Horizontal Lifeline allows for a 75% faster installation compared to traditional cable systems. The system’s integrated locking and tensioning mechanism eliminates the need for nuts, bolts and wrenches, a key feature that makes the system significantly easier and faster to install because there is no need for tools. The safety line is available in 60- and 100-foot lengths.

Jenny Products Inc. offers the GT-Series, the company’s smallest line of electric-powered, two-stage air compressors. Featuring high-pressure output, the GT-Series is ruggedly built for professional use. The line consists of four models with 8-, 15-, 17- and 30-gallon tanks. All units produce 15.5 CFM at 100 PSI or 15.2 CFM at 175 PSI. They’re driven by commercial-grade, 5-horsepower electric motors, which operate from a 230-volt, single-phase power source. Numerous features come standard with the compressors to optimize their reliability and reduce maintenance requirements.

DEWALT introduced its first-ever cordless ratchets as part of its DEWALT XTREME™ 12V MAX* and ATOMIC COMPACT SERIES™ 20V MAX* lineups. The compact brushless ratchets allow users to fasten and remove nuts, bolts and more in hard-to-reach work areas. The DEWALT ratchets are each designed with a glass-filled nylon tool housing** that provides resistance to automotive fluids and solvents for use in automotive and other demanding applications. All models are equipped with an LED light to help provide illumination in dark spaces, a variable speed trigger for user control, as well as a trigger lock to help prevent unintended activation when the tool is not in use.

Ergodyne announced the launch of the Skullerz® 8944 Soft Foam Bump Cap, a new ultra-light, ultra-flexible soft foam bump cap insert that easily turns any hat into comfortable protection against head injury hazards like low ceilings, beams and pipes. The soft foam insert is the latest addition to the Skullerz line of light-duty head protection solutions intended for settings where workers aren’t required to wear hard hats. From the pavement to the rooftop, the new Georgia Boot AMP LT Power Wedge is the perfect footwear for high-heat work environments this summer. Available soon, the AMP LT Power Wedge is made from full-grain, SPR leather with a durable Goodyear welt construction. For high-heat worksites, the blown rubber Carbo-Tec rubber outsole is heat, chemical, abrasion and slip-resisting. The midsole is also blown rubber and heat resistant, offering an extra layer of heat resistance and added comfort. Available styles include a 6-inch boot in soft or composite toe and an 8-inch boot in soft toe.

Nationwide Protective Coatings is expanding its PERMAPRODUCTS™ lineup to include PERMAGLOSS™. It is a 100% acrylic, elastomeric clear gloss finish that provides long lasting protection from water and weathering for most surfaces. This eco-friendly, water-based clear gloss sealer has excellent elastomeric adhesion and will bring a freshness and clean look to finished projects. It is not required for Nationwide's coatings but is a great upgrade to provide additional protection to its elastomeric roof coatings. This easy-to-apply clear sealer system will provide many years of durable protection and will extend the roof's life.

Titan has introduced two new high-flow gas-powered roofing and protective coatings sprayers – the Hydra X 4540 and Hydra X 7230. Equipped with Titan’s exclusive HydraStroke® Technology and Severe Service™ fluid section, these powerful sprayers have additional new features including the AutoLift™ system and a quick-change fluid section. The Hydra X 4540, which is designed for heavy coatings like asphalt emulsion and acrylic roof coatings, supports up to six guns at pressures up to 4,500 psi. The Hydra X 7230, which is designed for harder to atomize materials like silicone roof coatings, supports up to five guns at pressures up to 7,200 psi. Both will easily spray standard architectural coatings.
