The new harness was developed for specialized professionals; Werner says its patented “Chair in the Air” technology has advanced to the next level by providing fast and easy activation before rescue workers arrive. Users can easily activate the dorsal D-Ring of the harness, which immediately transitions from back to front for easier access. With new 16-foot-wide TPO rolls from Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc., crews can increase efficiency to finish the job in less time, Mule-Hide says. The broader rolls, designed to accommodate larger roofs without many penetrations or obstructions, mean fewer rolls to handle, fewer seams to weld and quality-check. The 16-foot rolls now cover 60% more roof area than their 10-foot equivalents, resulting in less waste and fewer rolls requiring place-positioning and alignment.
