F-35XP Cordless Nailer

SENCO released its new cordless framing nailer that bridges the performance gap between traditional pneumatic and cordless framers. Built on SENCO’s proprietary FUSION™ technology platform, the F-35XP provides reliability, power and speed without the need for a compressor and hose assembly. Unlike combustion-type cordless nailers, FUSION technology doesn’t require costly fuel cells or produce irritating fumes. The F-35XP instead relies on a brushless motor to release a burst of compressed air that drives fasteners. ReadyFlash Technology allows applicators to manage adhesive flash-off times by choosing between two different-colored facers on every board. ReadyFlash products feature a dark-colored coated-glass facer (CGF) on one side of the insulation board and a light-colored CGF on the other. Owens Corning announced a new product line: FOAMULAR® NGX (Next Generation Extruded). The proprietary blowing agent in this new line of extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam products delivers a 90% reduction in global warming potential (GWP) without sacrificing product performance. This latest addition to the company’s Insulation portfolio is Underwriters Laboratory (UL) Listed and Factory Mutual (FM) Approved, with a low GWP that ensures compliance with regulations set to take effect in Canada and some U.S. states in January 2021. FOAMULAR NGX is available for specification across the U.S. and Canada, and will be available for sale Jan. 1, 2021. The new product line will retain its signature Owens Corning Pink® color.
