Like previous years, multiple companies submitted their information in hopes of claiming a spot on RC’s 2025 Top 100 list. Due to the nature of the list, there are inevitably those who don’t make it.

This isn’t to say these companies, and their people, aren’t just as hard-working or are undeserving of recognition. Quite the opposite — these are contractors taking steps to improve their operations and are putting in the work to achieve growth within their respective markets.

In honor of this, RC created its Ones to Watch list to spotlight those companies that were on the cusp of making it into the Top 100. Keep an eye on them, as they could easily appear on next year’s Top 100.
